Césis trip

Dear all,
On Saturday the 4th of October, we went to Césis. This is a town located between Riga and Valmiera. This town is very beautiful, very old, and has a beautiful standing Medieval Castle.
We, all exchange students, decided to meet at 10.20 am at the bus station. Sadly, not everyone came on time. In the mean time we bought a bus ticket and went in the bus . The bus left just at time to head all the way to Césis which took approx. 40 minutes in the bus. It is a beautiful road going from Valmiera to Césis, since you are totally surrounded by forest and fields.
When we arrived in Césis we finally heard something from Robin. Since he was the one that didn’t show up. He would take a later bus and we would meet him later in the day.
Firstly we walked around Césis while waiting for Robin. We walked around a few parks and went to the church where we had a beautiful view from the top.
After this we decided to go to a place for some food, instead we went into a Konditorija, were I had a lovely chocolate cake with a delicious cup of tea.
After our coffee/tea break we met Robin and we all decided to check out the castle and afterwards we checked out a place to have some lunch. We went to a pizza studio.
A lot of Pizza – I can’t see any pizza for a very long time!
After this we walked around for a little bit before going home.
It was a wonderful and interesting day.
