‘AMERICANS ARE FAT’

Dear people,
Sometimes life is complicated, sometimes you don’t know why. To me life is complicated because no matter how you live it there will always be a better way. A way that will please everybody. But I don’t think that is ever possible because nobody is perfect. As long as you are happy with how you live your life. You will be successful. That is what I heard, let’s hope when I am old I did.
Then I want to discuss one subject ‘AMERICANS ARE FAT’. Yes some are. Not everyone. Yes there are a lot of snack bars, Mac Donald’s, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Burger King, Tacobell or whatever you can think of. But I learnt that not all Americans go there. Sometimes they do. But they also eat healthy food. But the main stereotype American is fat or way to over trained. That is a fact.
Now you can believe me or not but it would be a lot better when not everybody would judge other people, because you won’t be happy yourself and you definitely don’t make others happy. It is not just a judgment it is usually insecurity or sadness. I feel like judging people is like gossiping but at the same time I do consider it the truth when I say ‘SOME AMERICANS ARE FAT’.
I wish that people could judge considering making a judgment about the truth. Because otherwise you could say ‘DUTCH PEOPLE HAVE BAD TEETH’. Does that make sense no. When you say ‘SOME DUTCH PEOPLE HAVE BAD TEETH” you probably tell the truth.
So consider this tell the truth, because it spares a lot of lies, a lot of bad habits and people will love you more.
Think for one moment ‘Do you think Americans are fat?’
